Martin Dalsass and Giancarlo Morelli are two great friends of S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino since the beginning and Martin was even one of the founders of the event. For the eleventh edition, the two great Chefs from “Le Soste” Association will offer the public in Lugano a top-level four hands dinner. Two personal and unique ways of understanding the kitchen will meet for an enogastromic evening of excellence that combines the concrete, sophisticated and genuine dishes by Giancarlo Morelli with the Mediterranean-flavour dishes by Martin Dalsass.
